Maria was born into a pretty normal family, she had a sweet mother and a very hard working father who loved her and her mother. She spent eight years being an only child, it was pretty lonely since both her mother and father had to work to sustain her leaving her only with her grandparents, until her mother got pregnant again. Maria was thrilled to have a younger brother, it would be much nicer to have company. 

She got older and at the age of 15 she had to help out with her brother who was already 4 years old, so she went to school and hurried back home to take care of little Dylan. She helped around with her parents business when she could.

When she graduated school she spent most of her time with her brother and working here and there. In her way home she would usually walk past the musuem, it fascinated her but she never usually entered.. that was until it started to rain alot as she stared at it and walked inside. She decided to walk around, it was the best decision she had made, everything there was very interesting and she wanted to know more and more about everything, that's how she fell in love with history and that musuem.

Maria would visit the museum every day and come back home to tell Dylan stories about it, she liked to add a little more fantasy to the stories, she was telling them to a little boy wasn't she? so she let her imagination go wild, it really made her happy. 

When she saw the job of the front desk available she didn't hesitate to apply, it was her dream job after all, she could be in the place she loved.

Maria is a very enthusiastic person. Not in a bad way, but when she starts to talk about what she loves she can go on and on about it and unless you tell her to stop or make a face of being annoyed she won't stop, she tries to avoid doing that though. She is polite when talking to people and a little shy even, but as she starts to warm up to you she'll quickly open and become the loud and happy person she is. Because of her brother and having to help her parents she got used to having to do alot of stuff at the same time and during long hours so she won't get tired easily, unless she hasn't slept the previous night or shes in a bad mood. If she's in a bad mood she will look extremly tired even though she's not and she will be very blunt in her opinion of you if you annoy her or say something that annoys her.
